Software Engineer
We are currently seeking a Software Engineer to work in our dynamic core developer team. In this role you will be responsible for various exciting tasks. This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to multitask while being detail oriented.
The role includes the following responsibilities:
- Software Development on Windows 2000, Windows 9x, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Linux and MacOS X platforms
- Independent Development of Client/Server/Peer-Applications under C/C++
- Peer-oriented/Peer-based procurement of data, data bases (MySQL), server installations (Apache), installation and integration of computer systems (File-Sharing).
To be successful in this role it is expected that you will have:
- University Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
- Solid software development experience
- Working knowledge of C++
- Knowledge in COM/.net programming
- Experience with version control systems is a plus
- Cross-platform experience is a plus
- Compression software development experience a plus
This is a varied role, including much more and will help you gain valuable work experience.
Business Development Manager
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to develop new business opportunities.
The role includes the following responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a sales strategy to grow territory
- Develop and implement plans to position the business
- Target market and customer research (Software)
- Develop brand awareness, business, value proposition and competitive advantage
- Work closely with the relevant teams (marketing, sales, IT) to identify opportunities
To be a successful candidate you should be focused on achieving goals, possess advanced communication skills, negotiation and presentation skills, be a people person and a team player. A background in IT sales is preferred but not essential. An attractive remuneration package will be negotiated, dependant on experience and qualifications.
To be successful in this role it is expected that you will have:
- Degree in Business Management or similar field of studies
- Interest in IT solutions (product training will be provided)
- Excellent English skills, ideally native speaker or if language skills have been acquired during a longer stay in an English-speaking country
Key Account Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated individual that wants to gain exposure and experience in both sales and marketing fields.
You will be part of our enthusiastic international sales and marketing team reporting directly to the director. We are offering an attractive package, support and training with an immediate start for the right person.
The role would suit an ambitious and result focused person looking for a position that will provide a career path. The role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work within a team environment. The successful applicant will have a demonstrated ability to work under pressure in order to meet tight deadlines. The successful applicant will also have a strong 'can do' attitude and will be able to demonstrate an ability to identify sales opportunities, manage client relationships, negotiate deals and have the drive and follow through to grow the business. This is a very varied role and will include much more and will help you gain valuable work experience.

Customer Acquisition Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated individual that wants to gain exposure and experience in both marketing and sales fields.
You will be part of our enthusiastic international marketing and sales team reporting directly to the Key Account Manager. We are offering an attractive package, flexible working hours (also available on a part time basis), support and training with an immediate start for the right person.
The role would suit an ambitious and result-focused person looking for a position that will provide a career path. The role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work unsupervised and within a team environment. The successful applicant will be experienced in using the MS Office suite of products and have a demonstrated ability to work under pressure in order to meet regular tight deadlines. The successful applicant will also have a strong ’can do’ attitude and will be able to demonstrate an ability to identify sales opportunities, manage client relationships, negotiate deals and have the drive and follow through to grow the business. This is a very varied role which will help you gain valuable work experience.
The role includes the following responsibilities:
- Assisting key account management
- Targeted market research and target customer research (Software)
- Initial contact with target customers via e-mail and phone
- Management of existing customer relationships
- Project management
To be successful in this role it is expected that you will have:
- An Intermediate Diploma in Business Administration or a related field
- Prior work experience in marketing and sales
- Interest in software solutions and IT
- Excellent English skills, ideally native speaker or experience in an English-speaking country
- Willingness to engage for a longer period (6 months minimum)
Sales and Marketing
The role includes the following responsibilities:
- Targeted market research and target customer research (Software)
- Initial contact with target customers via e-mail and phone
- Management of existing customer relationships
- Project management
- Support function
To be successful in this role it is expected that you will have:
- Willingness to engage for a longer period (at least 6 months, preferably longer)
- Prior work experience in sales or marketing or related field
- Excellent English skills, ideally if language skills have been acquired during a longer stay in an English-speaking country
- Working knowledge of MS-Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to work independently and to take on responsibility
This is a varied role and will include much more and will help you gain valuable work experience.
Please note that we do not necessarily look for IT experts. We would rather welcome a communicative and outgoing personality willing to join our sales and marketing team. - Development of complex system programs for Linux, MacOS X, Windows 9x, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista
- Development of Client/Server/Peer-Applications under C/C++
- Further development of programs for compression techniques
- Working knowledge of development tools (C, VC++)
- Development of web-based services with script languages (PHP)
- Network-based software development and working knowledge of MySQL
- Compression software development experience a plus
